An initial $5000 deposit, which is then topped up to 10% of the purchase price for NZ Residents (20% for non-residents) after 10 Working Days. Please refer to the Holding Deposit Agreement form.

Frequent buses run past the end of Fenchurch Street, with bus stops adjacent to the local shops about a 200m walk from the Fenchurch Park. The local buses can take you to the Glen Innes train station situated about 4km away, where you can be in the CBD in 15 minutes. Alternatively, the train heads south to the likes of Sylvia Park within 7 minutes.

Yes, as part of our Resource Consent, we have allowed for sufficient visitor carparking on the streets around the development. Every owner has at least one, off street carpark and most have garages as well.

No, there is no Body Corporate or shared contribution fund. It is up to the residents if they would like to establish a Residents Body in the future.

The development has been planned so that Stage 3 can follow without inconveniencing Stage 2 owners, thanks to a separate entrance way.
